Mali — Garden Assistant
We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to delete your Mali account and what happens to your data when you do.
Open the Mali app and go to your Profile (tap your avatar or the profile icon).
Tap Settings (gear icon).
Scroll down to Privacy & Data.
Tap Delete Account and confirm when prompted.
If you cannot access the app, send an email to support@keedastudios.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your Mali account so we can verify your identity.
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed within 30 days:

| AI conversation history (Sidney chat) | Deleted |
| Push notification tokens and preferences | Deleted |
| Location and hardiness zone preferences | Deleted |
Certain data may be retained after account deletion as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
